(My membership is finished now, and I have lost 15lbs. The loss did slow down, but I got there in the end. I can honestly say I was never hungry on this diet. Greedy, yes; hungry, no.I went out to dinner several times, and ate whatever I fancied, though it only happened once a week. I can get easily into all my size 14 clothes now, and a few 12s. Ideally, I'd like to shed another 4-5 pounds, but I can take my time. ... ...them. I'm not worried about losing any more, as I look quite good. No-one would say I'm super-slim, but I'm certainly not to be called overweight. I recommend this diet 'club' to anyone, and it was worth every penny).
Have you ever read Games People Play, by the American psychologist Eric Berne ? It’s very interesting, and deals with a lot of verbal ploys which people use when they strut, boast, manipulate, lie, cheat, bully, make excuses, and generally ...

Advantages: A very convenient plan, with online support Disadvantages: Too much soya!
Ok, the title may be a little optimistic as I have only been a member of eDiets for two and a half weeks, but you have to think positive! I joined eDiets after I received an email through iVillage, who seem to be some sort of partner to eDiets. I was offered a free weight analysis, and after being told for free that I was overweight (this much I knew!) I was offered a trial period working out at £3 per week (though I believe this was a special offer). ... ...joined so it seemed worth a shot.
When you start, you enter various details about how you eat to allow eDiets to calculate the best plan for you. You choose if you prefer convenience food, home cooking or a combination of both, where you prefer to shop, any health concerns etc. You can also enter a list of foods to exclude in your diet, and as I am vegetarian, I was able to exclude all meat, fish and poultry. I was however able to keep dairy and ...

Advantages: so many diets to suit everyone!! Disadvantages: which one to choose????????
After always having a problem with my weight and always being unhappy, I decided to do something about it so I joined ediets as they were doing a promotion that you got 1000 tesco clubcard points when you joined (which is £10 off your shopping). It was very easy to set up a membership and from only £3 a week good value as well.
The website is really easy to use and there are charts and graphs to show you the progress of your diet after you weigh ... ...you need it, and at each weekly weigh in they give you the opportunity to write comments on how you feel you are doing etc, which you then get a personalised reply to within 48 hours.
I firstly joined ediets on a healthy eating programme where I got given a weekly meal plan, which I could personalise from a list of recipes. However after the first week I found this difficult to stick as I didn't have some foods and it just became annoying. So having ...

Advantages: easy , get the body you want Disadvantages: none
If like me you have tried every fad diet under the sun and still had no joy with the weight loss you start to think why bother..
Thats exactly what i did "why bother?" I looked everywhere weight watchers . slimming world , rosemary's GI diet and every other plan going but couldn't seem to stick to a plan or rather the plans bored me..
I don't have the time with a young baby to sit there and weigh this and weigh that to make a meal for the family. ... ...exactly what i found with tesco ediets..
They are great you get the option to join up for a minimum term of 10 weeks which works out to £2.99 weekly which on its own is a fab price to pay weekly..
For your money you get complete 24 hour support via forums online consultants that you can talk to in realtime conversation either on the phone or via your pc..You also get a complete meal plan designed specifically for you, this is made from you input ...

Quick review of eDiets.co.uk Review ofeDiets.co.ukby

Totals plan. Via Tesco Diets/ which is same thing. In ten weeks lost no weight. List of foods and points was vague and inconsistent, Mailed them numerous times with their wrong calorific values.
Very little tesco foods on it. nutritionalist advice monotonous and not personally tailored.
Now with Mirrorslimming.co.uk Easier to use and cheaper. Also more useful tools. I would not advise the Tesco/eDiet plan as they also give you totals and calorie value. Even if under calorie value e.g. 1000 calories in a day, can be over points. they could not explain this.
