E-Med.co.uk certainly is something different but is it something we should embrace or something we should stay away from.
Well unlike the other reviews about this site I have used this site and as a result I think a review to clarify is in order.

Firstly to use e-med (other than to order Tamiflu) you must be a member of the site. This costs £20 a year which if you don't use the service is pretty much a waste of money, but at the same ... ...then the £20 is worth every penny.
So once you have signed up on the site using a simple form to give your details, fill in a medical questionnaire and payment details you will be emailed by e-med to confirm your username and password which is what you will use should you ever wish to contact them by phone or email. You will get a card through the post also which has your details on should you need to phone them when you are away from the computer.

I was so incensed I felt compelled ... ...to his or her experience of a service as opposed to guesswork.
Why have ciao allowed this?
I will come back and review e-med once I have used it.
Regarding the cost of the service that is relative to your experience of the N.H.S. and your lifestyle. Personally I am looking at it because I lead an extraordinarily busy lifestyle, cannot get a doctors appointment and have no faith that i can get to a specialist quickly if the need arises. ...
