Good prices, but a complete farse of a company!!! I ordered an Eastpak bag from them, seduced by the cheap prices. I paid my £3 postage. It eventually turned up. A month later I received a bill from UPS charging me £22 for the shipping and handling of importing the bag. The bag itself cost less than this! I rang ebags and they assured me it was a silly mix up and to ignore the bill. I have now just received a 2nd invoice, getting more threatening from UPS. I have emailed and rung ebags again and they have said this keeps happening. Why, no other International company i have ordered from have screwed up like this. In short, cheap prices, but I wish I'd paid a few quid more and got a decent service from a different company.

this a review on one of the bags i bought from the company. i really like this bag and it holds my phone, purse, keys, and a bottle of water quite comfortably. its good as a day bag as it holds the essentials. but its a bit big for an avening bag, and bit small for a travel bag. It very satrong which is the plus point and durable, as iv had the bag for a while now and its been really good. washes easily too. I think the detailing on it is lovely ... Read review
