Ebay - like everyone else has said - is the largest Internet auction site. It's great to browse and try to find unusual items for a collection, or to find good deals on equipment. The only problem is that it gets a bit overwhelming. I type in "ferret" for a search, and I get ferret (animal) items, as well as, computer search software, and war memorabilia. There isn't really a way to distinguish what you are actually looking for, so I must wade through all the crap first. Another problem is many people selling the same mass produced item. I look up "baker's racks" and am very happy to see 20 listing for them, but they are all the same style of baker's rack! Great site, but plan to spend time searching.....
