Advantages easy to use, large userbase
Disadvantages cost, a bit daunting the first time.
I have made a number of transactions through the UK Ebay site and have sold a number of items with no problems.
The registration is the standard form you get on the internet and takes a few minutes to do. You do have to ener credit card details as they charge a percentage of the price for any item sold.I sold items in a number of catagories and the money arrived promptly and with no hassle. the site allows you to specify delivery methods and you can contact the seller or buyer by e-mail from the site.
If you don't sell you don't pay (at present).Ebay has existed in the US for some time and you can even see some items from there although I have not ever bought from there so i do not know how easy this will be
lots of catagories to choose from and a fairly easy site to use.get selling
