The world of online autioneering has been kicked up the backside with the advent of E-Bay.
The site is very useful for finding those little things that you have always wanted, but never knew where to go.
Whether it is bits for an obsolete games machine or a very rare or original art work - it can probably be found on E-bay at a reasonable price.
There is nothing like watching the bidding in the closing minutes and placing your bid at the end. Some times your'e lucky, some times you are not. Thats the fun in an auction site.
The e-mail service they provide is excellent at informing you if you have been out bid or if the auction has closed and you are the winner.
Reccommended site that is easy to register on. Give it a go - you just never know.
More info would make this a good opinion. It might be worth mentioning if you have used the site, what sort of service you recieved, and what the layout is like. I'm happy to come back and re-rate if you add anything else. :)
Sorry mate but this tells me nothing about ebay. You could cut n paste this brief op, change the name of the auction site and it would cover them all. This is a consumer website - as such consumers look for informed opinions on various products/websites. With that in mind, don't you think you could give the consumer more information about what ebay does - how do you join - why is it so popular - what could I Sell/buy there - do buyers pay up - what is the feedback system - etc etc. See what I mean?

A handy site that needs to be used with caution. Maureen
