I am a 23yr old who lives in Perth Scotland and am engaged to my other half Linda. I currently work for a large aeronautical engineering college. Not been on here lately, bought a new home and lack of time to write reviews. sorry!

Having been on the E-Bay site i was pleasently surprised at what range of items are available for purchase from many users.
Absolutely everything imaginable is available on this fantastic site, I managed to purchase a add on for my MP3 player so I will be able to listen to it in my car without having to spend a fortune :-) . The basic idea is you look at the item that you desire and you have to put the value you are willing to pay for that item (this may/may not include P+P and also insurance) and you are informed how long is left on the current auction.
Should you be winning a bid you will notice a green tick beside the item and if you are not bidding you are shown a red cross. The site is very good if you fancy trying to pick up an expensive item for less than its face value as the price will depend on how many other people are interested. Please note that some items do have a Reserve price so you may not be able to get the item if its under the price although I think some sellers are negotiable depending on how far out you were with your bid.
Also some items you may wish to buy are available to buy outright without having to bid against other users and these are shown with a "Buy Now" note beside the item.
Methods of Payment for this site include Paypal/Billpoint(see Ebay site for more details), Cheque and cash.
When you have bought an item or if you have sold an item you are entitled to post a comment on the user who you have dealt with. For example if you recieve an item in good condition and quick delivery, you will give him the praise option with a comment such as fast delivery and item as described.
The only downfall on this site I would say is that you can get some people who try and fraud their way through the system by advertising goods and then not sending you the goods, or even getting the goods in poor condition which wasnt mentioned in the description although most users will refund if you are unsatisfied with the item.
One final point is that anybody who is wishing Robbie Williams tickets for Hampden Park in Edinburgh there were some available on the site but as expected the price is highly inflated, having consulted the SECC they advised me that selling tickets is LEGAL and they don't encourage people paying these touts Extravegant prices.

Advantages: You can buy and sell ANYTHING. its It's comprehensive, cheap and fun. Disadvantages: additive, sometime time wasters, fee's to sell things.
