I have purchased all sorts of items from Ebay and sold a few items.
On the whole I have had very good experiences BUT..I have heard some horror stories.
Communication is the key, if something sounds ridiculously cheap...ask yourself why!
You can make some good savings, but steer clear of Jewellery, diamond rings that retail at £2000 are not going to be the same as the one's you can get for £90!
Baby clothes, computer goods, toys etc etc anything you can think of ...you will probably save yourself a fortune.
Clarify postage & packaging, pay extra for insurance if it is offered, better to be safe than sorry.
Make sure you read peoples feedback, ask questions, shop about make sure you know what you are bidding for and don't get too carried away!
Excellent start on ciao! To get more reads and better ratings you need to add a bit more detail. If you need a hand with anything then leave a message in my guestbook and I'll be happy to help! Matthew
You give some good advice but a more detailed op on the site would get you the top marks.
My grandad has brought 2 cars from here and many other very expensive items I reckon he's spent about 100,000 in the last 3 years. Your right u save loads and get rare items too.
