Ebay is probably the most widely used and well known internet auction site. Why then is it impossible (not difficult, impossible) to contact any customer services through the site?
I have used the site more and more over the past few months and have always been satisfied with it. However, I became alarmed when it took weeks to deliver an item which I had already sent a cheque for, and despite several attempts to contact the seller there was no response from them. Eventually the product did arrive, but my advice to any potential users out there is BEWARE, do not send off vast amounts of money and check the sellers feedback first. Do not buy off a seller with negative feedback

What you said here was useful, but you seem to have used ebay a fair bit, and it would be good if you could provide a little more info in your review. Would be happy to rerate if you add more details at a later stage.

I hope I read your review before, since I've been victimized by an ebay seller offering me items with very cheap prices outside ebay. after he got payment he never replied me at all, and items until now never arrive.i have checked his feedbacks and all are positive.never understand that when a seller was claimed to be honest, it's only on ebay, outside ebay,their true colours come up.hope somebody will help me on how i should proceed to claim this and at least have my money back.
