Ebay has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
I listed a region 1 dvd for sale and it was taken off the site with 4 bids, they also suspended my account. I was informed that the dvd was a counterfeit by a vero member.
The dvd was 100% original and was purchased from Amazon US, it even had orginal photos in the listing. It was a Married With Children DVD. I even had the receipt and told ebay this.
I offered to send them the receipt and informed them there were at least another 5 sellers selling exactly the same dvd. They always replied with the same automated reply, with pointless links to their help pages.
I reported the other sellers but ebay turned a blind eye, as they were powersellers and I suspect ebay did not suspend them because they want their fees.
Totally disgusted with Ebay which is clearly run by Idiots!
