Why? Well. I only made 3 purchases: i bougth some Clinique products and i dont have any problem with the sellers (one of them as come from Canada and is still stuck in costums, but thats not seller fault, of course).
But i really wanted to buy a Chanel perfume: Coco. I just love it and its so expensive..
Well: I start searching for it and the main of displayed itens didnt have details on shipping, so i send the sellers e-mails asking if they ship to Portugal (where I live). Most of them answered me, even if it was a negative answer. Nice selling-people.
But then, the e.bay appear! And canceled my account!
ah?!
But, but... why????
I send e-mails asking what have I done and three days after they answer me: i was been accused of sendind spam to other e.bay users!
Spam?!
E.bay itself tell us to make sure whe make all the questions that we need before placing a bid, and then they said to me that my questions were spam???
Spam for you too!!
Well, ok. So what can i do? They say: just send by mail (not e-mail) the form filled, the passport, the driver license, the gas bill, the id card, the medicine form of your cat...
Wait a minute. Why need they all theses things? I just want to buy stuff and they ask for a lot of personal information, i just dont understand why they need this. And above all, why they canceled my account?! I just ask the selleres if they were shipping to my country! I explained these in all the e-mails I send to them. E.bay costumer support just copy-paste the answer they give me from one e-mail to another.
Shame on them.
Theres a lot of nice shop were i can buy my stuff. I dont really need ebay. Thanks for nothing.
