... Seeing as how their reviews have been so poor over the last few years yet I would class it as one of the best computer part retailers I've used online.

Prices
I tend to compare products between ebay, ebuyer and eclipse as they are usually the lowest for the parts that I have been after, most recentley a second XFX 8800 GTX. The price for the graphics card was the cheapest I could find for new including delivery at less than £5 for 2-3 days with Parcelforce.

Website
The website is well laid out with clear navigation and user accessibility. Your cart is clearly shown, as are your most recentley viewed items and popular products.
I have only two niggles about the website;

1. You have to go quite far through the checkout process before you find out the total price including delivery but not so far that you have to pay or enter any card details.

2. The stock level indication reads 'Normally In Stock' which doesn't give a clear enough indication of how many they actually have like ebuyer do on their website.

Customer Services
This site has sent me the quickest customer support replies I have experienced, apart from the Live Chat on sites like gameplay.co.uk.

For example, I enquired about their stock levels for the XFX 8800GTX graphics cards in an email at 14:59 on the 12th of January. Their reply was sent 7 minutes later a 15:06. That impressed me a lot and is much better than the terrible eNote/Ticket system that most sites use. Furthermore, I sent an email ay 17:26 enquiring about spare parts for a case I bought off ebay expecting no reply until business hours started the next day. Their reply was sent TWO MINUTES afterwards at 15:28 which was outstanding.

Delivery
I have nothing but praise for the delivery options on their website. You can use Parcelforce or Amtrak for larger parcels and Royal Mail for smaller items, each with multiple options at varying costs so you can choose the must suitable or cost effective
