I bought several components from these cowboys during 2006 - new power supply amongst them in June, when I had great service - questions answered etc. prior to purchase.. I decided my PC needed a n upgrade, so bought a new main board form them. When I fitted it, my PC kept freezing during the reinstallation of XP, and resulted in an unworkable PC, so I returned the MB as faulty, subject to a test fee and return carriage costs. I was promised a 48 hour turnaround, so I paid over £7 for special delivery there, on a Monday - it was not tested until 4.30 on Friday. On Monday I had had no response, despite promises, so called again - I think I made over 14 calls to their 0870 number, each over 15 minutes long.
I eventually had the motherboard back - following Thursday - - reinstalled it, nothing - deduced power supply at fault (good quality one, purchased from Eclipse in June) - bought one locally, PC fired up straightaway, nothing since.
I spoke to customer services (eventually) about returning the power supply for a credit - whole rigmarole again about testing and carriage costs - I was promised a response from the General Manager ( I had better not use his name) I waited for six days, and eventually spoke to him, following a fax addressed to him had been given to some one else, on the next Friday, and was promised action email by that evening.
Needless to say it took him nearly another week to respond - 'return the PS for test' - no mention of credits I had asked for' Still waiting for reply to my email sent on Wednesday - (now Sunday).
I have bought online computer parts for years, and these are by far the worst - just dreadful, no response to emails sent, nor to faxes -I did debate visiting the shop but others here have had issues with personal visits. How do they make any money? Certainly not from repeat business. Their pc's get good reviews in the magazines, but I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone.

Welcome to ciao. A good addition would be what goods are offered for sale, what is their range like and methods of payments? Hope you get your problems resolved. Fiona
