What a terrible experience... |

I will not spend much more time than I already have with edreams, but I will write a short warning about them:
1. I booked a ticket with edreams, and I pay with Paypal2. I got an answer that I have to EMAIL A COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD AND PASSPORT (!) or fax it to edreams because of security.
Dear edreams: The reason I use paypal is of security reasons... And to ask me to EMAIL a the credit card and passport information is so insecure that it borders to stupidity. Any hacker can snitch a copy of an email. (And I threw away my fax machine in 1995...)
4. After faxing ANOTHER credit card (this is getting ridiculous already) they claim that the air fare ticket has risen. I call them to make sure I didn't misunderstand. But no they claim that the ticket is more expensive. Do I want to accept or not (NOW). No thank you!
5. Then I check the website again, AND WHAT DO I SEE: The ticket price is exactly the same, it didn't rise at all.How is such terrible customer service possible from someone who wants to make a living?

This is far too vague to be helpful and I've never heard of this company before and would like to have read a little about them
