Well what can i say.....i joined the elc newsletter through the website eons ago and earlier in the week received an email stating that the castle my son wanted for xmas was half price.

Noticed that the delivery charge was £3.95 so decided i would go to the store instead, so on my way home from work i popped in there....the castle had the original price of £40 on....asked a staff member who said that they were coming off the sale but were still £20....then comes my next problem....how am i going to manage to sneak this huge box into my house without my enthusiastic 4 year old wanting a peek!!

This is where the internet is fab....items are delivered whilst the little one is at nursery and he is none the wiser that santa really didnt sit on top of the house in his sleigh with his prezzies!!

Not received the item as yet but am very happy with the process.....easy to navigate site....easy to order, i am more than happy that my credit card details are secure due to the BT verisign trust server certificate (which is at the bottom of the homepage)

There are currently 11 llinks on the homepage including an area for christmas gift ideas....the homepage also shows the latest special offers including half price items, which is currently a wooden dolls house for £25 BARGAIN!!

I have always bought toys from the Early learning Centre for the quality and brands....and i am very impressed that they have now started to stock Dora the Explorer....my son loves her!!

As for the Website....very easy to use, very detailed information about the products including close up pictures and related items being shown.....fairly priced and very informative.

There is a section for new users (assistance at the bottom of homepage) which guides you through how to use the site, which i initially found helpful.

Like i said above the only downside was that a lot of the things i wanted were out of stock....pros though are that you can get all your christmas presents in one go as they cater for different ages and there is even free delivery when you spend £75....should be free over £30 i would have thought but maybe that will change!!
