I have purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner from this company. The price was the best I could find and was inclusive of VAT & P&P. The company confirmed the transaction by email and telephoned to confirm when the goods would be delivered. The goods were delivered on time and the product was found to exactly as promised. I am very impressed with this supplier

I completely agree with the review written by Libil, the positive reviews are completelty the opposite to the service I received and I wouldn't doubt that the reviews are written by electricshop staff. A month after ordering I still haven't received the my goods. There was no issue with stock when I ordered the goods, but when I chased 3 weeks later I was told that they were out of stock with the manufacturer. I rang the manufacturer directly and they said they have plenty of the model I'd ordered in stock. Now when I ring them up they just put me on hold or don't call me back. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY, you will lose you money or have to do a chargeback.

Simply the best iron I have ever had, I previously had polti which was great but this is an absolute joy to iron with, I have to say ironing is not my favourite passtime, however this iron makes totally pleasureable. Pauline Baker The Chine, Winchmore Hill N21 2EG

After trawling through what seemed like hundreds of sites to find a Morphy Richards 48268 breadmaker this was by far the cheapest and FREE delivery. Excellent service, I was kept informed via e-mail exactly how my order was proceeding. Ordered Friday evening received goods Tuesday afternoon. What more can I say. Will certainly recommend this site to everyone

Excellent service - the lowest prices I found for the kitchen appliances I wanted, orders and deliveries can be tracked online and when I phoned with a query the stafff mamber was helpful, called back exactly when she said she would and sent the items on time. They were delivered 12 hours later, can't get better than that.
