I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the way this company has just arbitarily axed its service to customers. I had this as my primary email account for two years; and have just found out that it's being scapped with just two weeks' notice! Not explanation, no nothing. They didn't even make sure we account holders found out about this properly. An email was sent, but there was an error so when you opened it there was nothing there. (I have friends ... ...wasn't just me). In fact, we only found out because someone I'd recommended the company to tried to set up an account and got a message that the service was to be discontinued. Now, if you actually hold an account with a company you don't tend to go to the 'register here' page - the only page they bothered to put this information on. This is going to cause me no end of hassle in informing everyone. I really don't see why they couldn't at the very ... more

I've been with this account for several months now and I'm quietly impressed. It's a nice memorable address, I haven't had any access problems and as far as I know nothing has gone astray. I don't know about their customer service as I've not had a problem I've needed to contact them about. My main gripe is that when you rewad an email and delete it you're taken stright to the next email in your inbox. I find that irritating, but I guess that could ...
