I run a small business and I had cause to ring espares for a quote on some parts for a customer.
I had to wait some '3 minutes' on hold until I was put through to an agent. Whilst I was on the phone to him I asked him, the agent to hold on as I had another call coming in, I use call waiting. As soon as I had taken the other persons number I went back to espares. No more that 30 seconds had passed.
I returned to the espares call, I was paying for ... ...fact hung up on me. Am I expecting too much as in my opinion, as I was paying for the call the operator should have waited for me! Lack of courtesy, manners!!
I rang them straight back and spoke to the same agent and complained about him hanging up on me and asked to speak to a Manager. His response was that we are a busy call centre and hung up on me again.
Needless to say I did not bother to ring them again.

No, correct that, he joins white goods forums- yes they exist- and here helpful experts put him on the right trail, and before long we are ordering from his favourite store espares. ... ...passionate about parts. Since 2003 they have been beavering away in West London, where they have built up a reputable business. They have over 300,000 parts, and can even source some which are more obscure if you ask them. They even state on the website that some of them are ready to talk to you on the phone about spare parts-can't wait!
