I had a burst pipe in my home over three weeks ago. Esure were not helpful on the phone. It has taken three weeks for them to arrange for a company to come to my home to arrange drying of the walls and ceilings, this was following several e mails which were ignored (their policy is not to respond to anything under five days) and I finally had to phone them to chase this up. I am appalled at their lack of care of customers. Having to live in a home with sodden walls and ceiling is no joke. Can't wait for it all to be over then try and find a company who cares for customers - if they exist. Am only relieved I have my car insured with a different company. They need to review their systems and policies which are supposed to care for customers. No good saying 'Calm down dear' to me, I am absolutely disgusted and livid with them.
