I waited and waited, and no books were sent to me. I wrote them a few times, but no reply. Instead, a few weeks later, I received their letter asking me to pay for the delivery charge, even though I still received no books at this stage.
4 months passed, and I gave up the hope of receiving the books, and of receiving their reply.
And suddenly another book was sent to me. It was accompanied with a payment receipt, asking me to pay for the book. Even though I did not order this book.
They have a phone number, but when you call, no one answers.
