Disadvantages TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES
This company advertise big promises, such as a one year guarantee on there TURBOS. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.I bought one which with all the ancillaries cost over £300.
I bought this turbo as it was advertised as warranted for 1 year.I had the turbo fitted by a competent and proper mechanic, not a friend but by a trusted and proper mechanic.
After 5 months the turbo went wrong so I had it removed and the turbo was 'smashed to bits'.When I contacted euro parts for a replacement they said the turbo would have to be sent back to the manufacturers to see if the turbo was faulty and if it was i would then get a refund, however they said that less than 5% returned were faulty ( already trying to wriggle out of replacing it) and that I would have to buy a new turbo from them whilst I waited for the manufacturers to report on THEIR item.
As if the manufacturers are going to admit that it was their fault (not exactly independent) and also if they said it was not their fault (which I fully expect) I will have lost the chance to have it independently examined.Their customer services are a JOKE they are not interested in any thing you say.
Once they have your money that's it there is no back upI WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
