I bought an exhaust system from euro car parts which 2 of these items out of 3 were wrong. at first i found out the centre part was wrong so i took this part back to the Edinburgh depo and recieved a refund as i went to another place to get this part. i then tried to fit the cat and surprise surprise it was the wrong part aswel. i tooke the car to a garage and straight away they told me it was the wrong part so i phoned euro car parts and i was assured that it was the correct part. i returned to the garage and they had ordered the correct part wich was different to the part i recieved from euro car parts. i took the cat back today 23/3/2012 and when i arrived i explained to the man behind the counter my problem to which he replied "i dont need this today. do you know what type of day i have had? this was none of my problem and was poor customer service so i asked for the manageress. the manageress came through and was no help atall either and said i had to phone customer service as i had purchased the order online. i dont understand this as i had returned the centre part weeks before. i came home and phoned customer service and all they had to say was that it was out with the return date. i would have returned it within a week if i had known it was the wrong part but with all the palavour i had with the whole order getting told it was all the correct part which was all nonsence. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN AS ALL I'M LOOKING FOR IS A REFUND FOR THE ITEM I BOUGHT AND THEY WRONGFULLY SOLD ME IT. PLEASE TAKE A LEAF OUT OF MY BOOK AND DON'T USE EURO CAR PARTS
