I have ordered twice with this company and I stress that I will not order from them again. The first time I used their overnight delivery cost of ten pounds, it came two days later! They said that they would refund the difference of delivery rate but after many phonecalls it never surfaced. I did another order on a standard delivery which still cost nearly five pounds,they did not bother to dispatch the items until two weeks later! Their service and customer care is appalling and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have enquired by email twice and they have not answered either of my emails and when I phoned to ask where my order was [two weeks after ordering] there was no hint of an apology. Their attitude was, "it's your fault for shopping with us, you'll get it when you get it"

I would have been quite happy to wait two weeks, all it would have taken would have been a polite email to let me know how things are progressing.
As I write, I have very little hope that my order will actually turn up. . .
This is not a mistake I will make twice. Caveat Emptor!! I strongly recommend avoiding this store. ...
