Advantages None. This is a terrible company who don't know the meaning of the words 'customer service'

Advantages Clear website, easy ordering/payment process, excellent product descriptions
Disadvantages Very poor communication. Customer Services let down by lack of internal communication
Made up lead times.

How the hell can we get this company to change its ways?
There are enough of us who are having the same problem...surely there is something we can do to stop this company from acting in such an outrageous manner?
