How can I find accessories relating to a particular
product?
Ciao provides lists of the accessories available on the market which go with
particular products. If you already know the exact name of the accessory
required, type this into the search field at the top of the page. Choose
the right product from among the search results. This will take you to
the product overview page, where you can find the product specifications
and price offers in the usual way (see the "Researching products" FAQ).
If you do not know the exact name of the accessory, or if you wish to get
an overview of the accessories available, then use the Accessories tab.
Read question 2 below to learn how to find it.
How do I find the Accessories tab?
Go through the product category tree until you reach the product for which
you would like to buy an accessory. For example, if you are seeking a new
remote control for your Sony KV-32FQ75 television, click on the link to the
Electronics category, then click on TV & Video, then choose Sony as the brand
name, and select your model from the available options. You will now have
reached the product overview page and you will be able to see the accessories
tab underneath the picture of your product. Please note that this function
is not yet available for all products.
I can't find the accessory I need; is there
any other way of finding it?
If the accessory which you require is not listed on the Accessories tab,
it might be worth carrying out a simple or a advanced product search to find it.
Click on the appropriate links at the top of the page. You can find further
advice on product searches in the "Researching products" FAQ. It is also
possible that the product belongs to a category which is not currently
available on Ciao.
I've found the accessory I was looking for;
how do I buy it?
Once you've found the accessory you were looking for, you can proceed to the
Price Comparison page by clicking on the link on the right-hand side of the
Accessories page. Choose the shop where you would like to make the purchase
and then click on the "Go to Shop" link. This will take you to the appropriate
product buy page.
