What does "Inviting Friends" involve?
"Inviting Friends" means sending an e-mail message to relatives,
friends and acquaintances encouraging them to join Ciao, via the e-mail
form on the
Invite Friends page. Your e-mail message
contains a unique URL which enables us to trace and count the number
of people who register after having received your e-mail invitation.
Inviting your friends to join Ciao is not only a good way of helping
them out, but it also earns you money.
What do I have to gain from encouraging new
members to join Ciao?
Inviting your friends to Ciao not only helps them to benefit from
all of the services which the Ciao website and member area offers,
but also helps to enrich the Ciao community by recruiting even more
friendly, helpful members into its ranks. And encouraging your own
relatives, friends and acquaintances to join Ciao can even earn you
money: for each new member whom you recruit for Ciao, and who writes
at least one product review on the site, we will make you a one-off
payment of 50 pence, and then pay you a 50% commission on your member's
earnings* from the Ciao website for the first 6 six months of his/her
membership. (* Excludes survey earnings.)
How can I invite new members to join?
Please enter the e-mail address of your invitee in the form on the
Invite Friends page and then click on "Send e-mail".
You can add a personal greeting to the e-mail at this point and see
a preview of the message before sending it.
