How do I read a standard review?
Once you've found the product you're looking for, any reviews that have been

How do I read a "quick review"?
Any "quick reviews" that have been written about the product will be displayed
with the full text underneath it. There is no extra review page for "quick reviews".
Who writes reviews?
Any Ciao member who has bought or used the service or product can write a
review about it. You will find a link called 'Write a review' on the product
page. For tips on how to write a good review, read our
Guidelines for reviews . If you're not yet a member, click here to

Can I trust everything that's written in a
review?
A review is one user's personal opinion about a product, so it's always
better to read several to get a better idea of the quality and usability
of the product or service.
Which reviews should I read?
Some reviews are particularly useful and, to help you identify them, we offer
members the chance to evaluate each review when they comment on it. These
evaluations are then converted into numerical ratings which you can use as
a guideline to gauge the helpfulness of each review present. As all reviews
are subjective, however, it is advisable to read several reviews to get a
better overview of the product or service.
Can I write comments on reviews?
Yes, provided that you are a registered Ciao member. Simply, click on the
'Comment on review' link under the review, and fill in your text in the
field provided. You cannot write comments on "quick reviews".
I find an offensive or nonsense review. What
can I do?
Different categories of reviews represent a misuse of the Ciao website.
We actively encourage members to report such cases of misuse. To do this,
please go to the 'Reporting misuse/abuse' on the Help Centre overview page.
Please choose the appropriate link for the case in question.
