I found just peachy bras when searching figleaves for a white bra at a reasonable price following a size change.Since buying that 1st bra I have gone on to buy them in several different colours. they are a great fit(especially important for us larger ladies!) wash well and are such a good price for a great quality item. the normal price is £12 but thet are often on offer at buy 2 get 1 free and also at the moment they have some stock at only £3 ...

I was a loyal figleaves shopper till now. I purchased many items on sale, checking the return policy which clearly stated that items are returnable: so I placed a second order! They claim that since the return policy is now different they cannot accept returns - so now I need to take this up with my credit card company! Even their customer service rep said that the items were returnable when on I purchased them but they will not give me the address to return them. Such a pity as it was a good resource. I would never shop here again as they are clearly lying and unethical. ...

If there had been a negative, I'd have chosen it. After waiting for three weeks for our purchase, we then received unsatisfactory goods. No invoice was included and now they say they won't refund sale items, despite their POSTED return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!! ...

Having shopped at Figleaves on mumerous occassions cannot fault it. Delivery is usually the day after ordering beautifully packaged and easy returns at no charge. Payment is made at point of ordering but if you do have to return items the money is refunded to your card as soon as they receive the returns unlike some catalogues where it takes an age to get a refund. Highly recommend shopping at Figleaves for top quality items ...
