FlatTVWorld - Looks good, but terrible service.

Advantages: Good website layout, with apparently very many good products.
Disadvantages: BUT - there's no guarantee that products are actually stocked - and they'll take your money anyway!!

Astonishingly poor service. Calls and emails go unanswered (website says lines are open from 9am - answerphone message says 9.30am - you'll be lucky to get to speak to anyone before 9.45am); incorrect information was provided by their so called 'Flat TV Experts'; payment was taken before I was made aware of policies affecting whether delivery could be guaranteed; those delivery policies are not available on the website; explicit instructions regarding ...
...in relation to my order. Final straw was my order being cancelled without any notice whatsoever. The first I knew of this was when I checked my bank account to discover I'd been provided with a refund (receipt of which is the only saving grace of my experience). When I finally managed to get through to one of their team, I was told that the canncellation was due to the product no longer being made or supplied (the person I spoke to couldn't be sure, ...
