I wish I could describe Flipside.com as flipping marvellous and not just because of my morbid fondness for bad puns. Flipside is a wonderful idea. Play games for free, win flips and then spend the flips on the various prizes they have on offer. There are two main ways in which you can spend your flips. The main site is found at www.flipside.com, which is the American site, but there are links through to more local sites in Europe including the UK...which is the same as the US site but with a much friendlier atmosphere - although of course, less players. UPDATE: I originally wrote this opinion thinking I would never receive the prize which I claimed for my points. However, I did eventually get it, three months after putting in my claim. In the interim, the system at Flipside has changed. You can no longer exchange points directly for a prize, but need to use them to enter into lucky draws for prizes. Hmmm. Lots of titles for a negative op. about this site seem to spring to mind, but they're probably best left unsaid. What oughtn't to be left unsaid is that the UK version of this site has drawbacks, though so too does the parent site. The main flipside.com site has the significant drawback that every time you access certain pages a new browser window pops up to persuade you to sign up for some other site.
