If you have ten minutes to spare, drag yourself away from ciao and register at flutter.com. Very seriously, they are giving you ten pounds to bet which you can either fritter away or build on. You could, if you're lucky, keep going on just that ten pounds without spending any of your own well earnt cash.

The site is very well presented (decked out in orange (i like) and blue) and quite easy to navigate. Placing a bet is simple, you pick someone (another flutter member) who is offering the bet you want to take with the odds you want at the price you can afford, there are a couple of points where you can chicken out before you cross the line.
One of the great features is the bet against a friend section, here you can offer a free five pound bet to someone you know who isn't already a member on absolutely any subject in the whole world ever, part 2.
The site is secure (https) so when you have to enter your card details in registration you can be confident.
The bets are mainly sport related as there is not a huge range of categories, but certainly a sufficient amount.
So far i have placed three bets, one of which i have won, and i haven't spent any of my own money (which i don't think i intend to do). I have set up my own bet, but due my total lack of betting knowledge it wasn't sensible and i got an email from another member (who obviously has god-like gambling nounce compared to my incompetant flounderings) saying that i was wasting his and my time, well thank you ever so much but i'm not really taking it seriously at all....its just free money. Can you tell that i'm a little dismayed at this person's arrogance??

If your unlucky one of three things will happen:

(i) You lose the ten pounds and forget about flutter.com.
(ii) You don't lose the money and become hopelessly addicted to gambling, eventually losing your money.
(iii) You lose the money and start betting your own money, which you also lose.

Well (i) doesn't matter because it's somebody else's money. (ii) and (iii) wont happen 'cos i believe in all of you people's will power, or is that not wise?
