I ordered a special offer gift of flowers from Flying Flowers.com. I chose the delivery date and paid by my debit card. On the day, I had asked the recipient of the gift to stay home all day. Everytime the phone rang I expected it to be her saying thankyou. By 16.30pm I became a little anxious and rang the customer services dept to see what was going on. I was told to be patient and they would arrive within the two day delivery slot. The next day we again waited but to no avail as they again did not arrive. I had by now sent an e mail to customer services and have as yet still received no reply. I then rang them, only to be asked if I would like the flowers replacing. Not much use when the birthday had passed. I have requested a full refund and would never use such an unreliable delivery services again.

I received some naff flowers from this company and wasn't terribly impressed - they did arrive on the appropriate day though so perhaps I should be thankful!
