Rude staff, poor communication skills and EXTREMELY poor after sales service. I gave my SE C905 for repair on 22nd Dec 08. Today, 04/05/08, I have been speaking to customer service and local store from 9-6, just to be given a replacement phone, as it has taken them more than 6 weeks just to be allocated to an engineer. Not repaired, but ONLY JUST given for repair. I have waited FIVE hours for an area manager to call, even though his own staff emailed and called him NUMEROUS TIMES. AND I have insurance for the phone! If you have a phone from them, send to your network instead. Store staff are idiots who want to chat up women instead of help. AVOID THIS COMPANY! ...

Interestingly enough after purchasing a contract from them someone FRAUDED my account creating another contract under my name. I saw them photocopying my details etc. saying its for "checks" which made me suspicious and cancel my card straight away but they used my account number regardless to create another contract under my name.
WARNING!!! place not to be trusted! I'd recommend to buying from a reputable company instead. ...

My experience was totally different, in fact a real turnoff!! The staff, young I admit, had NO PEOPLE SKILLS!! Whilst enquiring about a faulty phone purchased from them through phone sales department, I found myself trying to describe the problems over the raging sound of music. I like music just as much as the next person, but I spent most of my time turning my head and eventually using what lip reading skills I had to make sense of this problematic ... ...dealing with the public. Its all well and good that they sell you the latest model of phones and have the knowledge base to back it up, but aftersales is appaulling. I myself am very reluctant to return to them if this is the level of professionalism that they wish to portray. Thumbs down for me, I'm afraid! ...
