Do not buy anything from this company they rip you off. I ordered from them and still not received my order a month later eventhough they taken the money out of my account. They do not reply to your emails or on the telephone and i would strongly recommend not using them . ...

Awful service. I paid £4.99 for Special Delivery and Foneshop sent the item by ordinary first class post - which they charge 99p for! I phoned and emailed with no joy. When I FINALLY got a real person, they promised to refund the four quid. It's now two weeks later - guess what, no refund, no replies. I'd never ever use these guys again.
And an update: after much nagging on my part, I finally get an email saying that they've refunded. Won't know if it's true till I get the cc statement. The email from them was very rude indeed - hardly the way to deal with customers. There was no need for ANY of this, if they'd simply said oops, sorry and sorted it out! ...

Excellent service and speedy delivery. The help desk was particularly efficient with a query and my only problem was self-inflicted due to me not typing in my details correctly, resulting in me not being able to track my order however, foneshop even fixed that. ...

Having 4 different phones (Nokia 6310i, Nokia 8310, Siemens A62 and LG 7100) I clearly need to buy quite a few different items for each phone.
I cannot ... ...access the website via both FoneShop.com and Fone-Shop.com which is clearly very helpful.
They don't just sell accessories for Mobiles, they do actually sell handsets themselves and also SIM cards.
I have previously had a problem when ordering but this was because my payment card is 18 digits long, not the normal 16. Due to this, some payment forms for cards limit it to only 16 digits as most Credit/Debit Cards are 16 digits..but not mine. This ...
