Really bad customer service from foto.com. It's an ok site to use and most of the photos I've had from them are fine, but if anything goes wrong you're on your own so it's probably not worth the potential hassle. I e-mailed them on 02/01/09 (no reply),10/01/09 (no reply), 23/01/09 - they replied on 26/01/09 wanting me to take a photo of the photo they'd sent me (?!) which I did on the same day. I then e-mailed again on 30/01/09 to remind them to reply to me, and I'm still waiting for a response. There's no phone number so e-mailing is the only option - leaves you feeling pretty helpless. Give me Photobox anyday - their customer service has always been super!
