This is one of the greatest websites, as it has all of the must have perfumes at a fraction of the price as what you can get in the shops! I use this site everytime I buy perfume whether it's for myself or friends and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Having specifically ordered a product in time for christmas i even emailed the company to ensure if there were any problems to let me know and if need be change the delivery address... Guess what no delivery and then i was told it would take 2 months to refund me the monies. Spoke to a supposed manager called Mark who was more interested in his christmas cards than customer queries...What a joke organisation and do not trust....other reviews are clearly old and not recent....if you want fragrances go elsewhere....have heard rumours they are alleged fakes anyway..... ...

After giving them business for several years delivering to the same address abroad, my only concern was items being TESTERS not for retail sale. Then, I learnt that the latest order was returned to them Address unknown. By the time I chased it up, they said the wrapping had been destroyed. They wouldn't compromise and send it out again without charging me a delivery fee of several pounds again. I refuse on principle to give business again. My suspicion is that customs opened the items and returned them to Fragrance Direct. The delivery address was fully occupied as it had a housebound relative there with their supporting spouse ...
