After giving them business for several years delivering to the same address abroad, my only concern was items being TESTERS not for retail sale. Then, I learnt that the latest order was returned to them Address unknown. By the time I chased it up, they said the wrapping had been destroyed. They wouldn't compromise and send it out again without charging me a delivery fee of several pounds again. I refuse on principle to give business again. My suspicion is that customs opened the items and returned them to Fragrance Direct. The delivery address was fully occupied as it had a housebound relative there with their supporting spouse
