I have been using the net for many years and have always been into internet auctions - buying. I have however, for the last few months also been selling on FS Auctions. So I can say that FS Auctions is a great auction site in terms of both buyers and sellers.
Buyers: The site is very well split into various categories and sub sections. The site flows well, and you always seem to find what you are looking for. The best feature is that there is initially enough information on view (i.e. price, title, does it have an image, what type of auction is it, etc) before actually clicking through. The search tool on the site is very advanced. You can enter what you want, and it lists the auctions available. I hear you say 'just like a search engine then!'. Well yes, just like a search engine, but with exact results.
Buyers: Placing an auction is easy and doesn't cost a penney. All you pay, is a % of the profit. Therefore, if your auction doesn't sell, you don't pay anything. It's a great deal and beats the like of ebay. Everything is automated. Emails sent out automatically, invoices issued automatically, etc. It is basically all done for you. I currently use FS Auctions and Ebay for my auctions, but the pick of the 2 is FS Auctions easily.
A great auction website. FS Auctions is a winner.
