I used to sell a lot of goods through freeserve auctions, i started with them when they used to be run by auctionuniverse. I like the easy layout of the site, and its search for items or seller is useful. The auctions ending in an hour, new auctions etc feature is good. It is so easy to list, auctions, you can also use html in your auctions and add pictures, listing is free, you just pay commision on items sold. You can pay if you want your listings to be showcased. They have a wide range of categories, so buyers should find something on there that takes their fancy. They also have a lot of partner merchants, who sell bulk items, often starting at a £1, watch out for these. You can opt to have the newsletter informing you of whats going on, whats hot and not this week. The ratings system is good, you only rate for each auction successfull, I managed to reach number 7 in the top sellers list at one point, but now I no longer sell the items i used to sell on there i think i have dropped! One of the best auction sites (Uk) around
