Won the Auction for a Digital camera, but the camera was not available. About two months ago I entered the Fsauction site and made a bid for a Digital camera, my bib being for £99 plus £5 post and packing. The camera was being auctioned by Evesham Computers who are very well known and supposedly respected. My bid was succesful and I followed the instructions set out by Fsauctions regards contacting the seller to arrange payment, this I did at once looking forward to being the owner of a brand new digital camera, and about to take on the David Baileys of the photographic world. I contacted Evesham and was told that the camera I had bid for was not available but I could have a alternative camera with slighly better specifications that would be sent to me immediatly I had given my credit card details, I did this by telephone and confirmation of my order was given to me with the camera to be dispatched the same day. A week went by with no sign of my new toy, so I contacted Evesham again only to be told that the alternative camera was not available, and was not even in stock when I gave my credit card details. I asked how long would I have to wait, the answer another week, with this I cancelled the order and was not debited my credit card account by Evesham. I was very dissapointed at the way the camera was offered for auction with Evesham knowing full well they could not provide the camera. Since then I have used Fsauctions on two more occasions and had the product I succesfully bid on delivered within five days. I would use Fsauctions again but not to bid for an item offered by Evesham.
