The bingo itself is easy to use. You buy tickets for any club (for advance games if required too) irrespective of what club you're in, and tickets can cost anything from 1p (during buy one get one free - or BOGOF as it's known) to 40p. The jackpots range from £5 in the cheaper rooms for 1 line, up to the "spotlight" £1000 full house jackpot which can be won every half an hour, to the "cash climber" full house jackpot which is won when the full house is called within 32 balls. At the moment this is over £100,000!
The tickets auto dab so you can just watch or chat. Where there are CMs, there are Chat Games once every 2 or 3 bingo games, and these can be allsorts - I Spy, Trivia Quiz . What is really good is the CMs change the winning position, so it can be the 5th to type the answer who wins, which gives everyone a fair chance to win the £1 bonus you get for these Chat Games (you can win up to 5 in a 24 hour period).
As well as bingo, there are other types of games as befits a so called "soft gambling" site:
Slot machines - slot machines with a minimum 20p bet, all sort of themes, e.g. football, gold mine
Scratchcards - a minimum 20p bet, again all sort of themes e.g. Sharon Osbourne
Number games - highlights include deal or no deal, where you bet and try to beat the dealer like on TV, and horse racing, where you can choose and horse and watch an animation of the race - great fun! These are usually a minumum bet of 20 - 50p.
Casino - including roulette, poker, blackjack. Usually a minimum bet of £1.
Lotto - you can bet on several lotteries around the world, including the German, New York and Hong Kng lotteries. Note that you have to transfer money into the "lotto" part of your account to be able to bet, whereas all the above mentioned games are funded from your main "bingo" part of your account. . Customer service is very good, I have always found them prompt and helpful in resolving any issues regarding payments, usually within 24 hours.
There are also special promotions for time to time, e.g. a huge jackpot with 2p tickets at a certain time (can be quite hard to get into the chat rooms for these!), or one that I took up recently where up to a certain value, gala would match your deposit in bonus funds, so if you deposited and spent £5 on bingo games only (read the t&cs carefully they can be quite specific!) you would receive another matching £5 in bonus funds to spend on any games on the site.
In summary, I think galabingo is a fun site, with a friendly chat community ad lot of games to play for all gambling tastes. And I can vouch that's it's winnable - I have once won £5 from a 2p ticket.
HOWEVER BE WARNED!!! I limit my losses, but it has not been uncommon for me to see tales of people having spent a lot of money that week or day, and what are they going to tell their hubby etc etc! It's quite sobering to see these stories and it's definately a cautionary note.

I have always been a bit sceptical of online bingo and gambling...I used to have an account with the national lottery and before long I realised that I was easily spending ten pounds a night, with only the occasional win! ...great in my opinion and Galabingo.co.uk is a great experianceits nearly like being there.
The website its self is easy to use. First, sign up which takes up the whole of a minute, they then send you an e-mail link click on it and your ready to play! easy as that!
Log on to the website and play bingo, their are 3 clubs to choose from each with its own different games. In each club you can chat to other members, make friends and even win £ on chat ... ...so the chances of winning aren't so slim, to win the big prizes you must make a deposit in to your account which if you have a bonus code or been refered from another site gala tend to match your first deposit. After making a deposit you can then play on the instant win games (Fruity's), The choice is yours!

Gala Bingo is a fantastic site, very user friendly but also very addictive. The actual bingo games are fair, and quick, with a good chat facility, and excellent chat hosts. It also has fantastic slots such as "magic potion" with its pogressive jackpots. The sensational "Deal or no deal" comes alive with gala, as you choose a box and try to whittle the remainder down to the highest amount. Although sometimes this can be frustrating! There are many ... ...automatic bank transfers and also quickpay, so there is no reason why you cannot deposit. On your first deposit Gala will give you an extra £10 to play with but you must spend £5 on bingo games, this means that slots and games don't count. Bingo tickets start from as little as 5p, so its a cheap way of maybe winning thosands
The only downside of this site is that the support take a while to respond to any email queries, and if you call their telephone ...
