Do not use this site if your phone no. is ex-directory and you have removed your details from the Edited Electoral Register as they won't be able to confirm you exist and will cancel your order without the decency of notifying you. Completely negative and unhelpful response in trying to prove identity in an alternative manner. Need to look at their customer focus as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. yes, they're cheap. yes, your purchases arrive quickly but..........my experience of gameplay was darkened when my purchase broke and I requested a replacement. While they were happy to offer a replacement over the phone, the abrupt phone representative conveyed to me that the 'guy responsible for returns is on holiday for a week so there won't be any returns for at least ten days". I've phoned several times to check the status (direct swap for a new unit) and they've pushed me away with little answers. It's now been over two weeks.
I would strongly recommend purchasing from high street stores as getting replacements out of gameplay is like getting blood out of a stone. Don't go through the stress I have. ...

Gameplay.com is by far the greatest Internet retailer I've come across in regards to console gaming. I first began using them almost 7 years ago when they spammed my mailbox with a catalogue.
And my I was impressed then with there prices and rapid delivery. But despite how perfect a service is (and yes I do believe I can call this service PERFECT) you always tend to stray away and try other services after a while.
In my case I tried Gamestation ... ...Gamestation to understand why)
After first losing my patience with Gamestation - I returned to my trust worth company of Gameplay, placed an order with no hiccups. And received my game within two working days. (Despite living on an island where you tend to allow an extra day for transport)
And again, I placed an order the following week for my PS3, and not only did it come superbly packaged. But it came within two working days again - with Tracking ...

Advantages: Cheap, reliable. Disadvantages: Lots to choose from. >.<
...most of my stuff from gameplay.com now as they are so easy to deal with and delivery is so quick, I don't mind waiting the usual 1 or 2 days until delivery.
Cost: Usualy, products are below that of shops down town by several pounds. Also, there are always great deals, especially when it comes to this time of the year. I urge you all to browse this site before you buy anything from your local computer/console consumables shop as they will probably ... ...of course, if you want it next day, you can pay the little bit extra for it.
Negatives: If out of stock, sometimes it hasnt been shown on the website and they take several days to get back to you, but this hasnt happened to me for some time and they promise this issue has been rectified. Other than that, nothing that I can think of. ...
