Of all the Mystery Shopping companies i haev worked for, GapBuster are, without question, by far the worst!
Just as it says 'Mind the gap' on the underground, so that should be used as a warning to anyone who ever thinks of having anything to do with them as a Mystery Shopper.
Communication - non-existent!
Payment - delayed/cancelled for no good reason whenever possible
Rates of pay - dismal!
Availability of jobs - high (no-one wants them!)
Ability to FIND jobs - poor
Types of jobs - free pizza and burgers and fried chicken, mainly
Contact office - Melbourne, Australia!
Availability of Head Office - nil!
Telephone numbers - non-existent! Four separate calls to mebourne and three to the Uk centre have never been returned (though those answering my call are helpful enough)
They avoid paying you so that they can pocket ALL their fee for doing the job - BEWARE!
