Many gardening related websites seem to have either high delivery charges, or long lead times. This one is just great. I ordered a Hozelock Watering System from garden4less and it came the next day. Extreemly happy as the order contained over 30 items and all were present and correct. I have already placed another order for some extra items now I have extended the system. The web site contains a lot of information and is easy to move around. I find some sites either very confusing or have a complete lack of information.

I ordered a heavy item which was delivered quickly but did not resemble the item described on the web site. After protracted hassle over who should pay for the cost of returning the item, it was returned and I'm still waiting for a refund two weeks later. Unless you are ordering a branded item and know exactly what you will get I would avoid this organisation. The price might be right but the customer service certainly isn't.

I came across this website when I was looking for bird feeders and I wanted to have one delivered direct to my dad for fathers day. Items are competitively priced and I had free delivery and within 2 days it had arrived. Just ordered a hedgehog house on Tuesday and it arrived this morning. First class service, goods and delivery.
