I ordered a heavy item which was delivered quickly but did not resemble the item described on the web site. After protracted hassle over who should pay for the cost of returning the item, it was returned and I'm still waiting for a refund two weeks later. Unless you are ordering a branded item and know exactly what you will get I would avoid this organisation. The price might be right but the customer service certainly isn't. ...
