Time to cash out. I was tired of losing so i withdrew what funds i had left. Confirmed. Processing. BUT WAIT, as this was a security check they CANCELED my withdraw request and have deposited my funds back into my online account.
Now i have to give them; 1. My Passport copy 2. Copy of both sides of my debit card which i used to deposit funds 3. Utilities bill
Now would you trust them? What is this for? I had to give them all these pieces of information in order to deposit funds in their account and they accepted it.
Let me reiterate: I DID NOT WIN. I was trying to cash out less than i deposited.
So i sent them a copy of everything, but they told me that the quality of pictures of my passport and debit card was not sufficient enough.
It has taken me the whole day to keep emailing customer services at getminted. i have had 25 generic replies from them.
I finally decided to call them and was told that the security team that processes reinstating my account have gone home for the day despite there website saying 24hours a day assistance.
Now i have to wait until tomorrow morning before i find out if my latest pictures of my details are acceptable.
You might read this and think this is typical security checks. Well i can tell you its not. They are liars and thieves. Their games are no better than theme park amusement games when the basketball is bigger than the hoop you are trying to get them in.
The games are fun but if you are expecting to see your money again or win forget it. Getminted is the best way to get nothing from something

I was looking through Ciao and saw the review for the getminted games site needed sprucing up a bit. Getminted now offers Poker, Bingo, Instant Win, Virtual Horses and themed games like Monopoly, The Wheel of Fortune, The Price is Right, Cluedo and Baywatch.
The top prize on offer is £500K but I am not sure anyone has hit that yet, they have a series of progressives but they are not as big as some I have seen offline biggest is around £90K jackpot.
... ...everyday effectively though I am not that keen on the table game promos or the marathons.
