I have had very poor service from Gladiator. I bought two silent pcs from them, then needed to upgrade the graphics card to allow extra monitors.
First they sent me the wrong type of graphics card (not silent). I had to pay to return it, then it took them over a year to process the refund despite prompting.
Then the power supply on one of the pcs blew up. They agreed to send me a replacement (which I had to pay for) while they tested the old one. A year later, they still hadn't processed the refund for the broken one - then had the gall to tell me that they had sent a more expensive replacement, so I had to pay the difference! ...

I Also had a very bad experience through gladiator computers.
I bought a Hiper power supply which went faulty after about 4 months so I contacted them they said i had to send it back and I had to pay for the postage!
They tested it as faulty and didn't get back to me to tell me this so after 3 weeks i rang up to find out. They said the next step was to send it off to Hiper to have it fixed.
After 3 months (I'm not exaggerating) I still hadn't ... ...other end squirmed and came up with the lame excuse of "we were waiting for a bunch of faulty products to send back to hiper to save on postage"???
by this time i was about to move house and get married so i completely forgot about it.
It is now 8 months since the power supply was tested as faulty. I have just been in touch. They offered me NO explanation but offered me a new power supply which was worth £20 less than the original. I asked for ...

Buying a computer you think should be simple, but a quick check of the internet reviews reveal worrying reports from the likes of Mesh, Dell, PC Specialist etc.
Well - give Gladiator a go. Granted - the computer took about a month to come (the graphics card was out of stock) but when it did I had no problems at all, the upgrades I chose were all there, the machine was beautifully put together and it runs like a dream.
When you phone them you get through to a person not a call centre, and generally I've found them to be top notch, with competitive pricing. If you don't want to be ripped off and want honest service then go to Gladiator. ...

I have used Gladiator for some time now and have to say that thier service is excellent. I've had one faulty product which was collected from my door and replaced upon reciept thier end. What's more they have helped me choose the best hardware within my budget. Because I have shopped with them for so long I really felt the need to post some feedback. Firstly my experience has always been posative, I build several PC's a year and nearly ... ...I have had my occasional faulty part during the warranty, and I have never had any problems getting it returned/repaired/replaced etc.
I find delivery costs to be some of the most competitive and pricing across the range to be excellent.
I like the mix of both high end and low end components and they always seem to hold good stock levels as I have never been left waiting - even on the new (harder to get) items.
Secondly I wish to tackle the feedback ...
