My experience of this company has been a disaster and I would advise people to steer clear of them. My Gaggia Baby Class arrived promptly after ordering, but it didn't work at all. I had to phone Gaggia myself (the company would not do it on my behalf) and I duly received confirmation thatb it would be collected, which it was that day. Now, this is primarily Gaggias fault that the machine did not work, but my issue with Go Coffee (and UK Coffee which ... ...me the whole time to chase. I made in excess of 20 phone calls over a three week period, and despite several promises to get back to me they never did. There is absolutely no customer service with this company. Beware - if something goes wrong with what is frankly an expensive purchase, you will get no help from them. ...

This company's motto must be "Always play for time!". I ordered a Saeco Talea on June 10th - THEY DEBITED MY CARD (£545) STRAIGHTAWAY even though when I phoned 2 weeks later because of non-arrival, they said it was out of stock but coming 'next week'. I phoned every week, it was always 'next week'. On July 26th, I said enough, cancel the order, and they passed it to 'Accounts', someone called Mark (MD Mark Odley probably, the only person authorised ... ...on holiday. When he came back, I spoke to him, and he explained that he would process a credit to my card, in the next 2 days. A week later, I made a claim under Money Claim Online. Mark's gone for the 28 days delay option, of course, I can only think the whole operation is a sham. ...

My experience of this company has been exactly the same as most reviews on this site. I ordered a coffee machine on 10th September and they debited my card straight away. They give the impression you will get next day delivery so when I had not received my machine by the 12th September I phoned and was told it was a 5 working day delivery.
On the 16th September I phoned to ask why it had still not been delivered and was then told it was not in stock ... ...had not been told this on the 12th and got no reply. I cancelled my order and asked them to refund my card immediately.
By the 26th September I had still not received a refund so I phoned again and was told the only person who could make refunds was not in the office. I spoke to a manager who said he would take the matter up and get a refund issued promptly.
Now it is 3rd October and I am still awaiting a refund, I phoned again today and there ...

We recived the machine promptly and it was faulty. It was returned within the designated timeframe. We have been waiting over four months for a refund and have made numerous telephone calls and have never been able to speak to someone who can authorise a refund. Apparently there is a director called Mark(c) Odley who is the only person that can deal with this and for the past four months has not returned any of our calls or indeed been available to speak with. 0 out of 10 for customer service, really very poor indeed.
