1/ There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO RING in an 'emergency'
2/ They claim they LOVE to hear from you but have IGNORED 4 EMAILS infuriatingly to an address that beginnings 'hello' - well hello & answer!!
3/ They should have an AUTOMATIC fail safe sytem where if a person thinks they are being asked whether they are available at an address for post on all days of the week, but they 'take this as a daily order' - BECAUSE THIS CAN'T BE A COMMON OPTION if people understand their poorly worded site, they should CHECK with a new customer if they REALLY want to be showered with costly daily boxes!!!!
4/ there should be a CLEAR route to cancel all boxes, that is flagged up once the first box is mailed out: not everyone can find their way round such sites with ease - I can book foreign travel but can't navigate this unclear site
5/ v computer savvy friends have ditched them too cos they're such a nightmare to deal with!!
IN MY OPINION DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE & GO AND GET YOUR OWN SNACKS!!
Due to unclear use of the English language on the website where I opted for 1 trial box (& yes the amount of none-recyclable packaging is unacceptable) & the fact that they don't reply to emails, this has become a NIGHTMARE.
