HABBO HOTEL, A NEW PLACE FOR HIP YOUNG CATS
Advantages good
Disadvantages bad
Finally A chat site that breaks free from the mould of the old IRC and msn text style chat. The most exiting thing on msn and co is having arguments with people. On Habbo you can do this with so much more.
You control a Habbo (basically a little person) of which you can design to look like yourself or anythin you want. From Afros to mohicans, you can give your Habbo either the most daring or the most simplistic looks you want.
You can move your habbo around in the rooms make them dance and even get them non-alcoholic drinks.
Also you give your habbo a name and a life goal. People see the name when you speak and the goal when they click on you.
All of it is on Shockwave which is an internetplayer that makes the chat look like it could be on a game.Surprisingly their are no downloads apart from the shockwave player which can use for any number of things.
Their are loads of official Habbo Hotel Rooms all of which are listed below (more rooms are added all the time):A Quick Run Through:
Main Lobby:
A big room with no real high points apart from you can get a Drink of water.
Median Lobby:
Much like Basement Lobby but different people inside.
Theatredrome:
A room with a theatre set out, it even has its own play, habbonation street.
Habburgers
A fast food restraunt in which it is impossible to get any food (much like one in real life then.)
Cafe Ole:
A coffee shop which looks like it could be real, its set out is so typical.
The Dirty Duck Pub:
A pub in which you can't get any alcohol. Depressing innit?
Habbo Lido II:
Same as Habbo Lido but with different habbos in.
Ice Cafe:
Like Cafe ole but different Decore.
Hotel Kitchen:
where the food is made. The chef gets very annoyed with you!.
Credits can be bought by text message, credit card or post. You can only buy them by text if you are on Vodafone.
Although Habbo Hotel is an absolutely brilliant site and revolutionary for chat on the net it does get a boring after a while and sometimes, when you log on, the screen crashes.Try it. You'll love it.

Sounds really good, not too sure about the credits thing though... but I suppose they have to fund it somehow. Good opinon.
