I went on this webite after i had seen adverts for it on other sites. Theres were lots of stuff that looked good - good prices for designer clothes. I ordered 4 pairs of jeans for the total of £66. They took my payment but i never received the order. From reading some of the other reviews i can see that a few people reckon this is a good website. Advantages: Really good prices Disadvantages: Not a good service at all
I looked through the Haburi web site in February and decided to buy some clothes as they had some interesting ones at very good prices. I ordered over £40 as then you got free shipping, which I thought was worthwhile. It was very easy to order, although as I was choosing, some of the items I had put in my basket were removed as other people had bought them and they went out of stock, which was a little strange!
I put the order through and completed ... ...from my account until they were shipped. Later on that same day, I changed my mind and decided to cancel my order. There was no facility on the web-site to cancel an unshipped order, so I had to write an e-mail requesting that they cancel it off. It stated that they would answer emails in 2 days, so I thought that should be long enough for them to read it and get back to me. 4 days later the money came out of my account and I had still had no response ...

Advantages: None Disadvantages: Never arrived, never replied to any emails
I have placed one order with Haburi and have never received it. Haburi sell discounted designer clothes. Despite their promptness in debiting the money from my account to pay for these goods, they do not continue this in their service.
I have sent them at least 10 emails to their- 'helpline'- and have not received a response to any of them.
In the middle of this fiasco, their website was 'under reconstruction' and I have been unable, now its back ... ...I have had no contact from the company now for 2 months, despite my constant emails, which appear to have fallen on deaf ears.
I am a regular shopper on the internet and I have never experienced service as bad as this, I have never had packages not arrive, or been unable to contact the company I will never use this site again. ...

Advantages: Nice clothing Disadvantages: Appalling customer service
I have bought items a number of times from this retailer and have been pleased however I note over the past few months a decline in the level of service. They have withdrawn a customer telephone number that could be used to speak to someone with a query. I have asked the reason why but received no response.
The last two orders have both been cancelled by Haburi without notification. On both occasions the followinf was the automated response from ... ...a new payment gateway system, and we deeply regret that this has led to the cancellation of some orders.
The money was withdrawn from your credit card account, but a refund was also made immediately.
Please contact your credit card company for further information on, when the money will be available to you again."
This has happened twice - what is wrong with their gateway system?, why was I not notified?
I will be taking my business elsewhere! ...

Advantages: Good prices on items in stock, good newsletter Disadvantages: Stock changes quickly, dreadful customer service
At the time of writing, I have been waiting 4 days for a reply from Haburi about an order that has disappeared.
I ordered some nice accessories from the site. No complaints at all about price or site content. A good newsletter notifies me regularly of wht's on the site.
The purchase process is very straightforward, except that you have to wait for your goods to be despatched before you get a confirmation email with your order number.
Mine never ... ...card had been debited, I emailed them.
(Please note there is NO way of contacting them by phone, despite them using a telephone icon for their help section)
I got a reply the next day saying that my goods had been despatched, signed for and delivered to my address. Except they hadn't.
Since then, I have emailed them three times. They seem unable to give me the name of the person who signed for the parcel, or even the name of the courier company ...
