The website handles all the money transactions, all the member has to do is list the item(s) that he/she wants to sell.
The member is contacted from Half.com when they have sold an item and the member confirms the order within 24hrs, the money from the purchase is than placed on a statement page under the member's account. Each member has several account pages, one lists items for which they are selling, that they can change,delete or modify at any time. A second page lists customer feed back, in which consumers rate the product and service you provided for them.Yet, another page lists all the items that have been sold in a member's account and a money total for all merchandise sold.
This is a completely safe site, because all merchandise is backed by guarantee, that can be returned for for refund if the consumer isn't happy with the condition of the product, etc.. Consumers pay Half.com and Half.com pays the member for the product minus 20% commision, Half.com also reinbursts for the price of shipping, since it's the member who ships the item to the consumer.
I have sold many items thru them, and have recieved accurate checks from Half.com I have also purchased items from members and find the delivery to be fast,the prices to be low and over all a very good site to purchase merchandise from.
